• Shirley Jackson MBE
Shirley is the firm's senior partner having formed the existing practice in 1985. She has unparalleled experience in all insolvency matters and has acted as practitioner in many successful recoveries. In June 2006, Shirley was delighted to be awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours for her services to Insolvency.
• Michael Sanders
Mick is the firm's Managing Partner and is a well known and respected insolvency practitioner on the insolvency circuit. Mick's career in insolvency began twenty years ago when he joined Booth White & Co. After completing his JIEB exams, he obtained his Insolvency Licence from the Insolvency Practitioners Association and was made a Partner on 1st May 1995.
• Vaughan Jones
Vaughan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983, whilst working with the Sheffield office of Ernst & Whinney. He has extensive experience in corporate insolvency matters and has performed numerous business reviews on behalf of clearing banks as well as acting as Administrator, Administrative Receiver and Liquidator in a wide range of assignments.
• Graham Down
Graham joined BN Jackson Norton in 1995. He is based in the Bristol office, and is the partner responsible for the firm's services in the south west. After training with a small firm of chartered accountants, Graham was a senior manager with a leading national practice, where he was involved in several high profile cases.
• Simon Bonney
After studying law at university, Simon joined BN Jackson Norton in October 1999 and trained and qualified in the London office where, as a case manager, he handled a variety of casework. Simon was made a partner in May 2005 and as well as accepting both personal and corporate restructure and insolvency appointments, he is in charge of the firm’s technical department.
